Was born in 1965. Graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University, Law School of Wuhan University, and Kazakh State Academy of Management. Holds degrees in international law and economics. Doctor of Science in Economics. Speaks English, Chinese, and Arabic.
Started his professional carrier as Senior Economist at the Ministry of External Economic Ties of the Republic of Kazakhstan; served as Senior Specialist of the China-based representation office of the Kazakh Ministry of External Economic Ties in Urumqi; held position of the Managing Director of the Kazakh Trading House in Hong Kong. Went on to hold positions of the Chairman of the Board of Almaty Trade and Finance Bank and Chairman of the Board of the People’s Savings Bank of Kazakhstan. Was appointed Minister of Transport and Communications, Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.From January 2006 served as Vice Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.From April 2006 - Vice Prime Minister-Minister of Economic Affairs and Budget Planning. Incumbent Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan since January 2007.

Born on August 17, 1971 in Karaganda.
In 1994 graduated from the legal department of KazGNU (Kazakhstan State National University) named after Al-Farabi, in 1998 – the Higher School of Public Administration (HSPA)under the President of RK.
In 1995-1997 worked as an intern, Assistant, Senior Assistant of the Prosecutor of Medeu Region; student of the National HSPA (1997-1998).
In 1998-1999 worked as a Chief Specialist of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of RK.
In 1999-2000 worked as the Director of the Department for Registration and Control over Normative Legal Acts of Central and Local Bodies of the Ministry of Justice of RK.
Since 2000 to 2001 – the President of “National Legal Service” CJSC under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then up to 2002 worked in private sector.
Since November 2002 to June 2003 – the Counselor to the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of RK.
Since 2003 – Vice-Minister of Industry and Trade of RK.

Was born on July 26, 1954 year in Burliy, Karabalykskiy district, the Kostanaiskaya oblast.
Passed military service for a regular term in ranks of the Soviet Army in Krasnoznamennyi Siberian military command.
In 1977 graduated from faculty of economics of All-USSR state institute of cinematography (Moscow), in 1987 passed retraining in Moscow institute of national economy named after Plekhanov on specialty “Organizer of logistic provision”. Candidate of economic science.
Worked in system of State cinematography and State provision of Kazakh SSR, run a number of enterprises. From 1988 up to 1995 headed multisectoral corporation “Tsesna”. In 1995 was elected in Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1996 was appointed on position of the first deputy mayor of the Akmolinskaya oblast.
From December 1997 to June 2003 – mayor of Astana city. From June 2003 to December 2004 – minister of industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From December 2004 - chief of Administration of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From January 23 to October 13, 2008 - the first deputy chairman of People-Democratic Party “Nur Otan – adviser of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
From November 2008 to June 2009 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Russian Federation.
He is the President of Football Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Laureate of State prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan over 2008 year for architectural complex “The round square” in Astana city.

Was born in 1958. Graduated Moscow state university of a name of M.V.Lomonosov, Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, the candidate of jurisprudence.
In 1980-1992 years worked in various posts of law-enforcement bodies.
In 1992-2001 years worked on managing posts in Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2001-2007 years took up posts of vice-minister of internal affairs, vice-minister of justice, the deputy chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on struggle against economic and corruption criminality (financial police), the head of a Section on questions of law-enforcement and judicial systems of the Administration of the President.
In 2007-2009 years - deputy of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the chairman of Committee on the legislation and judicial - legal reform.
April, 2, 2009 By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was appointed Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In December, 2001 the special rank the general - major of internal service is given.

Born in 1965, Kairat Kozhamzharov is an alumnus of the Leningrad State University. He worked at the General Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 1995 to March 1998, he worked at the Customs Office.
Since July 1999, he has been working in Financial Police. He filled various positions, like the Head of the Investigation Department of the Agency in February 2001,
from February 2002 to May 2004 the Deputy Chairman of the Department on Fighting with Economic Crimes and Corruption (Financial Police) in Almaty,
and from May 2004 to January 2007 in the Aktobe oblast as the Head of Department on Fighting with Economic Crimes and Corruption (Financial Police).
From January 2007 to December 2008 he was the Deputy Chairman of the Agency on Fighting with Economic Crimes and Corruption (Financial Police).
Since December 2008, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Agency.General-Major of Financial Police.
